1. General Terms
These terms apply to the purchase of books via this website from You as a customer.

2. Ordering Process & Payment
By submitting the order form, you are requesting an invoice for the selected items. We accept payments exclusively via Direct Bank Transfer (IBAN/SWIFT). The invoice with payment instructions will be sent to your email. The order is considered confirmed once the full amount is visible on our bank account.

3. Shipping & Customs
Items are dispatched within 2 - 3 business days after payment confirmation. For international orders, the buyer is solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees required by their country.

4. Returns & Refunds
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers have 14 days to return the product in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Governing Law
Any disputes shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
